Shipping Policy
Allie’s Edibles® happily ships its Indulgent Comfort Sweets® anywhere in the United States. Allie’s Edibles® ships its products via Federal Express unless special circumstances require the use of an alternative shipping method. In most cases, Allie’s Edibles® will ship an order within 1 business day of receipt using Fedex Ground or Home services. Large orders or customized orders may require additional lead time depending on the size of the order and nature of the customization requested. During summer months or in situations where the risk of temperature damage to our products is increased, Allie's Edibles® will require express shipping. Due to the perishable nature of Allie’s Edibles®’ products, we require that a customer provide a valid shipping address before we will ship our products and we will not be responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes. All Allie’s Edibles® shipping charges will be added to the cost of goods ordered and are due at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
We are unable to cancel an Allie’s Edibles® order once the product(s) ordered have been shipped. If a special circumstance exists, please refer to our "Return, Exchange and Replacement Policy" below.

Return, Exchange and Replacement Policy
Allie’s Edibles® stands by the quality of its products 100% and we will gladly replace any product that is damaged in shipping or is otherwise physically compromised upon receipt. To obtain a product replacement, please call 888-INDULGE or email info@alliesedible.com and explain the specific problem you have with your Allie’s Edibles® product so a replacement shipment or refund can be arranged. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of Allie’s Edibles®’ Indulgent Comfort Sweets® we are unable to accept any product for return or exchange.
